The following trademarks are registered to the Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines under the name of TARLAC STATE UNIVERSITY (TSU):
a. TARLAC STATE UNIVERSITY and the SEAL
c. TARLAC STATE UNIVERSITY COLLEGE OF CRIMINAL JUSTICE EDUCATION and the SEAL
TSU is reminding the public that the use, whether commercial or non-commercial, of its registered trademarks without permission is PROHIBITED. This infringement of right of the University over its registered marks is punishable under the law.
If anyone wishes to use the registered marks and related marks thereto, they shall abide by the Board-approved University Intellectual Property Manual by contacting the Office of Technology Development, Transfer and Commercialization through [email protected].
